The new OrbiteR wraps Sangemini water

Sangemini choosed the rotating OrbiteR platform to wrap the pallets of mineral water in an automatic bottling line in the establishment of Gemini (Terni).

The installed rotating table installed in the Sangemini establishment is an OrbiteR model, recently introduced in the market, with following main features:

• production capacity up to 50 pallets/h
• motorized pre-stretch unit with big rollers of 145 mm diameter
• soldering and cutting unit of total height, with automatic contrast, for a complete and reliable soldering, without impact to the product
• automatic unit to prepare and insert the upper top dust protection cover
• feeding, rotation and distribution unit up/down feed are changable by program through static inverter
• possibility to use coils of up to 25 kg, instead of usual 16 kg, for more interruptionless autonomiy (over 60% more saving approx. 4% of film)

OrbiteR's main features appreciated by Sangemini engineers are:

• the mayor autonomiy of the 25 kg coils (over 60% more regarding traditional solutions, saving around 4% the film consumption)
• the compactness of the machine, which also incorporates in a small space the top cover unit
• the constructive conception (DIGIPACSISTEMI patent) which allows to deliver the machine mounted, reducing to a minimum connection and startup time (plug & play)
• easy to use, with a grafic color user interface and touch-screen technology with ISO and ISO-like symbols
