Genial, simple, modular; we are very proud about.

We choose to jump “out of schemes” and over the line that guided “wrap-around” machine builders in the past, bringing them to anchor the turntable to the floor, to hang the arms and rotation rings to big aerial structures, uncomfortable and expensive.
We conceived and realized MatriX , a very robust rotating platform, anchored to the floor, which constitutes the main module of all automatic wrapper in the newest CinetiC series.

MatriX assures superior robustness and incommensurable stability compared to yet traditional technology with hanging arms and allows at least a class superior performances at same investments.
The geniality and simplicity of MatriX allowed us also to conceive QuadrO, a compact and very solid structure at four sides, which allows very high working speeds.

With two opposite automatic balanced film dispensers, QuadrO allows the CinetiC wrappers to reach same or superior performances as very complex and expensive wrappers with rings, without ever generate over-stress in film dispensing, assuring operating autonomy superior of over 100% and high efficiency to production lines. This without recurring to complex, expensive and problematic devices to exchange the film coils.
To receive and shunt the pallets at 90° in non linear lay-outs or multi-channel environments we have equipped MatriX with DriveR, a native solution, there is no need to add other devices, no additional costs and doesn’t modify the alignment of the packaging load.

A top-sheet positioning to protect products, impermeable or dustproof, can be done with Fast-coveR , a new top applier which acts from the top while wrapping the pallets in hidden time, keeping the productivity of CinetiC and CinetiC Twin nearly unaltered. For special dustproof requests or to realize a double cover for pallets is available the device Pre-coveR, which acts while the pallets transfer to the wrapper.

The St-uniT, group assures a dispensing of prestretched film (up to 320%) in quantity and tension in equal measure to the working speed and requirements of the products to wrap. St-uniT is equipped with rolls of big diameter (145 mm)
Cut and soldering of the ending border are done by Cs-uniT , with contrast support, to solder the hole height preventing damaging the wrapped products.
